Do you provide loaners while my scopes or instruments are being repaired?
Yes. Even though our turnaround time is very fast, we have a loaner program, and it's in place to add to your total customer satisfaction experience. Speak with one of our Customer Care Representatives, and we'll get you set up for loaners if you need them.
Do you have a warranty program on scope and equipment repairs and servicing?
Yes. We proudly stand behind our work. Our various services, repair and equipment refurbishing programs all have warranties in place – from 120 days up to 2 years. Please contact us to learn more.
We perform repairs and replacements on all makes, models and lengths of fiber optic cables, including bifurcated and specialty cables. We provide full service and fast turnaround, with most repairs completed in 2-3 days.

What types of tests do you perform on power equipment?

Why should I color ID my instruments & equipment?
Color identification of instruments and other equipment aids you and your staff to keep track of and readily identify the expensive 'tools' that you work with. More importantly, our revolutionary color ID processes can reduce the potential for instrument loss or misplacement.
What makes the FARBTEK™ color ID system so different and special?
Developed in Germany, the FARBTEK™ system is available exclusively from Medical Optics. The unique and revolutionary processes to imprint color identification markings or anodized stainless steel coatings far surpasses old methods, such as powder coating.
What equipment can be serviced by the on-site the Mobile Lab?
Laparoscopic instruments testing & insulation replacements; micro instruments, including E.N.T. and eye trays; needle holders' replacement inserts and diamond dusting – and we perform complete instrument cleaning, polishing and sharpening services as well.
Can I request Mobile Lab services at my facility on Saturdays?
Yes. Our Mobile Lab can dispatched 6 days a week – Monday through Saturday, at no extra charge.
Can I track my equipment's repair progress so I know my order status?
Yes! With our e-Sam™ web-based asset management program – a convenient, real-time and secure online access tool that keeps our customers "in the loop", at their convenience.
